Sardam Welcomes KG Students to their First Day of School

On December 10, 2017, Sardam International School, a SABIS^® PPP school in Kurdistan, welcomed new KG students to their first day at school.

The opening of the KG department was made possible by Governor Farhad Atrushi, who is an advocate for positive learning environments for the children in Kurdistan. The new students were welcomed by teachers and staff who greeted the children and showed them the school and their new classrooms. The students spent the day learning about their new classmates and teachers.

The purpose of this activity was to welcome these young students to their new school and promote a happy and nurturing environment for them. “My kid was really happy to come to school and really liked his class and teachers,” said a parent.
