SARDAM IS GR.4 TO GR.10 STUDENTS MEET TAEKWONDO INSTRUCTORS AT THE TANAHIE'S TAEKWONDO CLASS

On December 12 , 2019 , After school, Sardam IS Gr.4 to Gr.10 students went to Tanahie where they were greeted by a Taekwondo instructor, Captain Wahbi, who introduced them to the sport of Taekwondo, explained its origins and history, and answered student questions. The students received a demonstration of how to Taekwondo, were shown how to warm up, and then started practicing Taekwondo moves. The Captain called on some students to demonstrate their Taekwondo skills in front of the others. Finally, the students ended their visit to the stadium by taking pictures with the coach, and had an amazing dinner at Viking restaurant
