Sardam IGCSE Ceremony for Grade 11

Grade 11 students at Sardam International School, a SABIS^® PPP school in Kurdistan, were rewarded for their great effort on IGCSE exams during a ceremony held on December 6, 2017.

The ceremony took place in the cafeteria, which was decorated for the special event, and welcomed Grade 11 parents and Grade 10 students as guests. The ceremony began with a speech on the importance and value of the Cambridge assessment, and was followed by a presentation of the awards to the students by the Director, AQC, and Head of Department. Students received their certificate for the different categories they took their exams in, and took photos with their teachers.

The purpose of this activity was to encourage the students on their external exams and make them understand how important these exams are. “We are very proud to be a part of this ceremony and to take home these certificates,” said a student.
