Celebrating SABIS^®’s 125^th Anniversary

In honor of SABIS^®’s 125^th year of providing high-quality education to students around the world, the Sardam International School organized an elaborate anniversary event. The event, held on October 23, 2010, gathered students, staff, and parents for a tree planting ceremony in the school’s garden, and also included the singing of the Kurdish national anthem, warm speeches, student performances, cake-cutting ceremonies, and a lively Kurdish dance which involved students, parents, and staff. The event closed with another tree planting ceremony, where students and staff planted 125 olive trees on the future ISC-Duhok campus.
